1.Do I give exact wall measurements? Do you add any extra for edging?

Yes, as we print everything to order, based upon the dimensions provided to us we require the exact dimensions. We will add on 3CM to allow for any small measuring errors (mural orders only). We do recommend adding a few inches in height and width to make sure you have enough to work with.

2.What’s the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on ALL orders.

3.What’s the shipping time?

After we receive your order, the order processing time will be 1-2 business days. The shipping time will be 4-5 business days. It’ll be 7-9 business days in total.

4.Is your wallpaper safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly?

Everwallpaper offers an alternative to an industry where you’ll find plenty of vinyl/PVC products out there. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) not only kills our planet during the manufacturing process but PVC, aka the poison plastic, is extremely toxic for humans to breathe. Respiratory disease and brain tumors aren’t justified at any cost savings. Period.

5.What if I want to return my order, will I receive refund?

6.Will I receive full refund if I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us (Email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk) within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel your order for free and give you a full refund.

7.Where’s your factory and business based?

We are a local UK company based in London. And we have 2 factories. One’s in UK, another one in shanghai, China. Most orders come from our UK factory. Sometimes if we do not have enough worker, we will let our factory in Shanghai to process the order. They use the same printer machine and material. So will be the same quality.
