Which paper type should I choose?

Our Peel & Stick paper is chosen by most DIYers or beginners as it does not require anything additional. Professional installers often prefer a medium or heavy wallpaper application. Medium wallpaper is highly recommend for your bedroom, hallway and living room. For our heavy paper, it is a good choice for areas prone to spills, scuffs and scratches such as kitchens, playrooms and other commercial spaces.

Will your wallpaper stick if I have textured walls?

Our wallpaper works well on both smooth and lightly textured surfaces. If you have orange peel texture, no problem! Unfortunately brick or cinderblock won't provide a good surface for our peel & stick paper to adhere. If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend you to try out a sample first before making a purchase. Is your wallpaper safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly?

Everwallpaper offers an alternative to an industry where you’ll find plenty of vinyl/PVC products out there. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) not only kills our planet during the manufacturing process but PVC, aka the “poison plastic”, is extremely toxic for humans to breathe. Respiratory disease and brain tumors aren’t justified at any cost savings. Period. We pride ourselves in offering clients beautiful wall coverings crafted with consciously selected materials! Our relationship to the planet and commitment to health is part of what this company was founded on. All of our materials are 100% sourced in the USA and our papers are a proprietary blend of sustainable wood, polyester, and post-consumer recycled content. We use HP latex inks which are Greenguard certified and the lowest VOC emitters. Should I give my exact dimensions?

Yes, as we print everything to order, based upon the dimensions provided to us we require the exact dimensions. We will then add on 1-2% to allow for any small measuring errors (mural orders only). We do recommend adding a few inches in height and width to make sure you have enough to work with.

How does ordering work?

Most customers choose to order by their wall size. First, you'll measure your walls, then you'll choose your image/pattern from our collection, enter you dimensions and paper type and finally add to cart!

Can I order a sample?

Yes. We offer samples of both our wallpapers and murals. The sample pack will be in 6.3” x 6.3” in three different paper types: medium, heavy and peel & stick.

How can I custom a print?

Cases Of Receiving Items That Does Not Meet Your Expectations: If you receive an item that you purchased from us at the time, and the item is not defective or do not have any other quality issues, but you do not like it, please contact us (Email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk) within 7 days and send the item back to us in its original condition. In this case, the return cost will need to borne by you. After we receive your item, we will re-evaluate and will only arrange a refund for you (within 72 hours of receiving your returned item) if the item is able resell. Our peel & stick wallpaper is removable! However, there are many factors that go into installation and removal, and we always recommend trying out a sample before making a purchase.

Our Non-Woven, Vinyl and Heavy wallpapers work well on both smooth and textured surfaces. If you have an orange peel texture, no problem! We will then automatically add a 3cm margin to allow for minor measuring errors (mural orders only). We recommend adding a few inches in height and width to ensure you have enough to work with.

Yes. Once you have made the payment, our team will be in touch with your scaled-proof image for free. If you are happy to proceed, we will just need confirmation and we can send your mural into production. Your order will automatically move into production after 24 hours if we haven't heard from you.

You can change your order within 24 hours after you make the payment. Please contact us via email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk. After 24 hours, your wallpaper will go into production.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us (Email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk) within 24 hours after payment. We will cancel your order for free and give you a full refund. You will receive the refund within 72 hours after the cancellation. If the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after payment, it will not be allowed to be cancelled because it may already be in transit.
