1.What images can I choose to print my own wall mural?
You can choose all kinds of images you like, such as your family/friends photos, your pet photos, nature landscape, etc. Feel free to talk to us via email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk if you are unsure about it.
2.How can I measure my wall if it is not in standard wall shape?
Our wallpaper murals are custom-made orders to fit all your wall sizes and shapes. If you need help to measure your walls, please check https://www.everwallpaper.co.uk/pages/how-to-measure-your-wall
3.Should I give my exact dimensions?
Yes, as we print everything to order, based upon the dimensions provided to us we require the exact dimensions. We will then add on 1-2% to allow for any small measuring errors. We do recommend adding a few inches in height and width to make sure you have enough to work with.
4.When uploading my image, what should be the size and format of it?
When uploading your image, we recommend that the image (JPT, TIP, EPS or PDF) have at least 200 dpi. You can upload images up to 20M in size. If you are unsure about the resolution of the image, or need to send larger images, feel free to contact our customer service via Email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk We accept all image file formats.
5.How much does the printing wallpaper from my own image cost?
The price of a personal unique wallpaper print from your own image varies depending on your wall size and what wallpaper material you choose. Enter your wall size & choose wallpaper type to know the total price.
6.Can I make changes to my order after payment?
You can change your order within 24 hours after you make payment. Please contact us via email: support@everwallpaper.co.uk After 24 hours, your wallpaper will go into production.

1.What is the difference between ‘print your own wallpaper’ and ‘design my own art’ service?
For the former service, we will print a wallpaper directly from the image you send to us, and for the latter, our artist will design a wallpaper according to the image & request you send to us.
2.What images can I choose to design my own wall mural?
We welcome you to discuss with us about your images. Please click ‘upload image’ and send us the images you want to create. We will get back to you ASAP. Please also notice that we don’t accept images of nature landscape.
3.When uploading my image, what should be the size and format of it?
When uploading your image, we recommend that the image (JPT, TIP, EPS or PDF) have at least 200 dpi. You can upload images up to 20M in size. 2.Are there any the size and format requirement of the image(s) I choose?
Simply send us your image (JPT, TIP, EPS or PDF) in the highest quality and resolution as possible for a better mockup result.

1.What do you mean by ‘wallpaper customization’?
This means that if you want to order one or more custom wall murals from our website and want to change some detail elements of the original designs, you could email us your requirements, and we will make these customized changes for you until you are 100% satisfied.
2.What customization service do you include?

The wallpaper was perfect! It was perfectly customized. The customer service was also amazing. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions, which was a lot. For the purpose of having a Moana wall for a while, this is great!
This worked out really great! Turn around and shipping was fabulous even though it came from across the ocean. The quality was so good we couldn't believe it! We had a custom piece printed and they did a good job cropping it. It came in 8 pieces and was easy enough to install. We started to put one strip on crooked and we were able to reposition it correctly. Now we are considering where else in our shop needs a custom mural! Here's a photo
